SubscribeThanks for the update
By the way, i have troubles to access the market currently. is there a direct URL to the apk file?
Also, just one usability remark: the geological on top of the cover pane is really too close to the notification bar. I too often open the notification bar by mistake when closing the cover pane. Could this pane simply by a gesture down on the cover itself for instance?
Thanks again
Not geological, grippy!!!!
Did you fixed the unexpected playback? This night while i was sleeping, songbird started to play without a notification… woke up me >:(
I’ve also experienced unexpected playback even after upgrading.
Just experienced a nasty ghost playback while visiting the duomo in Florence Italy, where silence is mandatory
downloaded through qr code, will be tryin now
I’m experiencing some new bugs. Where can I report them?
Hi Songbird dev team – any chance you’re adding the Google voice action “listen to” to your Android app? Many thanks and keep up the good work.
Ho Songbird team, first thanks for your great work. The player is awesome! I just have problems with playlist. Neither playlists created with Songbird nor with other programs are recognized by the app. Is this a bug? Where do I have to store the playlists?
Hi
Finally managed to install this new version
But there is still a nasty bug about unexpected playback (not sure it is still related to notification though). Just got awaken by Songbird in the last two nights
Unexpected play drained my battery last night so my alarm didn’t ring.
I’m a click away from uninstalling this and going back to Winamp (which I certainly do not want to do).
Please please, just go back to a stable version while you fix this bug.
@Aus
Could the podcast be recognized by Songbird for Android not only when they are in a located in a “Podcasts” directory (which is hard to achieve by using the device sync of Desktop Songbird), but also by Genre = “Podcast” ?
Also, is it expected that Playlists on Android cannot be updated from Desktop Songbird? The playlists on the device do appear, but they are read-only.*
Thanks
This is the last time I installed songbird! It’s unstoppable. I killed all songbird services, I killed the app. It keeps restarting and playing while the player shows and triangle that it not playing. It’ a battery killer and my wife wakes up and is then in a real bad mood. You got my e-mail address my can give me a call when this is fixed, till then i’s an app non grata.
