Hello, Did you ever think about creating your very own blog? There are many great platforms, but by far the best is Wordpress. It is easy to set up, however the themes just never fit my specifications. I searched for a simple solution to this problem and realized that there wasn't one. Please file a bug report at http://bugzilla.songbirdnest.com. That’s the preferred way to deal with technical issues, bugs, et al.

Hm, strange, songbird doesn’t import flac files on my windows 7 box.. do I miss something?

[I know this comment doesn't fit here but I don't know where to properly post this so please forgive me.]

I don’t know if this has happened to anyone else or if it’s just me but since I updated with Apple’s new Java update on my Macbook and now Songbird won’t launch at all, it does initially but it just hangs there and the window never appears at all. I had been using 1.1 for a long while and just a few minutes ago downloaded 1.2 thinking that perhaps the update would fix this issue but still it hangs.

I love Songbird and use it for my music\web browser almost everyday*1 seeing as I don’t know if it’s just my computer or if others are having the same issue I don’t want to say “you need to fix this” but I definitely think it needs to be looked into. Normally I wouldn’t freak out about something like this but I use the app so much that I hate not having it. I’m on a Macbook Black running Mac Os X 10.5.7

*1 Well I need to sleep sometime lol.

When can we expect a portable Version für Songbird for running on an USB-stick? Maybe it can bei done in cooperation with http://www.portableapps.com/ or http://stadt-bremerhaven.de/ ?
It would be very useful when carrying the music library on a stick or portable harddisk an I think for many people this would be *the* argument to choose songbird!

Okay, so removing and then re-adding my music library made it all work again. No idea why. I probably should have tried that before filing the complaint, but at least a less technically apt person might get help if they need it.
