Thanks for the link, as I refuse to install quicktime on my new install of windows. hmmm, seems QT alternative hasn’t been installed yet though. Time to do so. I’m off!
normally you can get VLC to play a QuickTime file. for some reason, this file does not play using VLC. (VLC from PortableApps.com is my work-hours workaround to not having QuickTime installed…)
any insight as to why this file doesn’t play in VLC would be appreciated.

SubscribeFirefox doesn’t recognize what plugin is needed to watch that video, and Songbird puts it in the web playlist, but won’t play it.
I think it’s a Quicktime video, but I haven’t tested.
I have a feeling that the video can also be seen here: http://learn.awakenedvoice.com/lesson-player/
Seems to be showing the last video they posted using flash, will probably disappear once they post a new one, but anyway.

Yea… it’s unfortunate the author used such an unfriendly video format.
These days it’s easier to just upload it to google or youtube (same thing, now) and host it remotely in your page.
