Head over to the Culture Bully and get ready for a drubbing. Blogger Chris DeLine says he’ll try and hit you every way he can. I caught up to him recently to get more on the Culture Bully.

SB: Why did you start your blog? Is it an “Mp3 Blog” a “Music Blog” a “Media Blog” or just a “Blog”?

CB: Well, for a while it was just a personal blog, using it as a
platform to share my thoughts, stories about my friends and myself and all sorts of those types of things. Slowly over time though I moved closer and closer towards talking about music and a few other humor-related things on the site exclusively. Is it an mp3 blog? Absolutely, but it’s also a music blog, a media blog and a personal blog…there’s a bit of everything depending on the post.

SB: What are you trying to tell people with your blog?

CB: For the most part I’m trying to sort through the gamut of music that I come across and pick a few bits here and there that I think people would be interested in. My hope is that when people come to the site, there’s something fresh that they haven’t heard before - furthermore, there’s something new that they like. Worst case scenario, you check the site out and it doesn’t do a thing for you - in that situation I’ve got a list of links of great music blogs in my blogroll that should better suit your interests.
