New public subversion server

Public SVN is ready!

Our public subversion repository has been upgraded and moved to a new home. It should be more responsive and more current. If you’re building Songbird from source, you will now track updates from our developers in near realtime.

Public SVN is up!

The team has been busy preparing for the release of version 0.3. This is a good time to do a fresh check out and see for yourself. The api documentation has been updated as well.

    Dear Artist,
Your illustrations are very cute. Could you please tell me what program you used to do them? Thanks.

I don’t check your blog regularly, so please email me your reply.
    Thanks.

I know Songbird doesn’t truly support ID Tags yet but it would be nice to be able to view and browse by the cover art, basically similar principle to that used by WMP11. I have loads of ideas that could be implemented in to Songbird but this is my small request. I am using WMP11 for practically all my audio and video playback needs as it does everything I require but I use The KMPlayer for other media files that are not supported by WMP. I am keeping a close eye on this project though since the potential to better all other media players is limitless so long as there is a big enough community supporting this project.

Request noted. We like WMP 11’s visual browsing as well.
